By registering for the Rocky Top Christmas Parade, you agree to operate your vehicle in a safe manner recognizing that spectators are occupying the sidewalk. You further agree to follow all rules and guidelines of the parade committee and agree that failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the parade at the discretion of the parade organizers. You understand that you will need to check in with registration on December 6th, prior to the parade to receive a number. You further understand that you are responsible for displaying that number on the driver's side of the vehicle. If you do not have a number, you will NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE in the parade.

Hold Harmless Agreement

By registering for the Rocky Top Christmas Parade, you further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Rocky Top and the Rocky Top Chamber of Commerce and its employees or agents against loss or expense, including attorney’s fees, except in the case of the sole negligence of the City of Rocky Top or the Rocky Top Chamber of Commerce for loss or expense because of bodily injury, death or property damage sustained by any person or persons. It is further agreed that I/we, as participants, will maintain general liability and auto insurance for the parade entry.

If the parade participant is under the age of 18, by registering, you certify that you are the minor's legal guardian of the participant listed above and hereby grant permission for him/her to participate in the 2024 Rocky Top Christmas Parade on December 6, 2024. You further agree to abide by the stipulations set forth in the above Hold Harmless Agreement and give consent for your child to receive emergency medical services in your absence.

By registering for the Rocky Top Christmas Parade and participating in the event, you consent for your and/or your minor child's image to be used by the parade organizers to promote future events.
